Like a giant oreo cookie or devil dog, coconut and cinnamon give chocolate cakes an aromatic kick. Use cornstarch, yoghurt and a bit of baking soda as leavener to make your cake moist in the center. Discovered by Joseph and Cheng in Albuquerque, NM.
