Squash Veggie Burgers with Sunflower Seed Paste

Ms. Mary Morgaine of Black Mountain, NC lives in a colorful house surrounded by big beautiful flowers and lively gardens. Squash are in season. Sunflower seed paste helps bind the more watery squash. If burgers are still too wet, extract some of the liquid by slicing the squash first and sprinkling with salt.
