Ayurveda Notes (help)
Green tea and all caffeine provokes pitta and vata but in this case the cream balances out and I did not notice any vata symptoms. As always, whenever you use sugar, use raw.

Dosha: Vata- Pitta+ Kapha+
Quality: Heavy, Soft
Taste: Sweet
