Tahini is heating but heavy. Red pepper, garlic, coriander and parsley are pungent and lighten the tahini making it easier to digest.
Dosha: Vata- Pitta- Kapha-
Qualiy: Heavy, Sharp, Heating, Oily, Dense
Taste Sweet, Pungent, Bitter
