Crusty, dense and yeast-free, this twist on traditional Irish soda bread is a nice accompaniment to any winter soup, stew, or wholesome pot of dal. It tastes great toasted, too, adorned with avocado slices. Because there is no
kneading necessary, no need for rising and no lengthy baking, it's swift and easy to make. This hearty bread is best served right out of the oven, piping hot. Have some ghee close by for a generous slathering.
