To provide stable nutrition throughout the day, Vata should make sure to include protein in their morning meal. An ideal breakfast for vata is oatmeal cooked with a 1/4c of almond meal. Kapha can skip breakfast altogether if not hungry. An ideal kapha breakfast is a grapefruit with honey.
