Ayurveda recommends concentration on the taste of food while eating. Eating unconciously causes poor food choices and portions. Avoid other activities while eating such as walking, driving, watching TV, or talking. In general, Ayurveda avoids multi-tasking. Any activity redirects blood from digestion into other organs.
