Aggravated or provoked doshas cause disease. For example, beans aggravate Vata. Chilies provoke Pitta. Normally in a healthy body the doshas are silent.

Well i like to know how can one person decide diet if they have vata pitta and kapha all iimbalanced. in this order. Which dosha needs to be fixed at one time . Is tridoshic diet is helpful at that stage. Thanks neelam. Also can you pls not publish the other question which i asked about my son.
