Rose Ortiz is a licensed natural therapeutics massage therapist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and a certified yoga teacher. She received her massage degree from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and her Ayurvedic certification from Dr. Vasant Lad of The Ayurvedic Institute. In her hometown of Chicago Rose completed a year long hatha yoga apprenticeship with James Tennant and continued her studies in Ayurvedic Yoga with Chitra Giaque. She has an additional 120 hours Ayurvedic training in Pune, India. In her practice Rose emphasizes marma therapy, restorative postures, and yoga for individual Ayurvedic body types.
