ayurvedic notes
The many cooling and heating spices ignite the appetite despite heavy yogurt! As a lassi, can be drying and constipating. As a shake, too filling to stimulate agni.
about
Fresh minty green chili and cilantro yogurts take me back to supple jackfruits hanging from the tropical arms of Bangladesh. I can almost feel the humidity and mosquitoes as I eat green mangoes with mustard and lime on my way to a wedding. Borhanis are a traditional wedding drink in Bengal.

Mix all the ingredients together and blend. Some people strain the yogurt to make it thicker. Or, for a thinner lassi style, you can substitute half the yogurt with water.
