ayurvedic notes
Cereal with milk is a bad food combination. Instead, try experimenting with nut milks, nut milks with spices, and other concoctions!
about
American cereals are a highly developed and diversified art. Many cereals already include familiar sweet spices like cinnamon. But classic American cuisine can go gourmet by expanding the spicy possibilities. Lime rinds are possibly the secret ingredient in Fruit Loops (tm). Ginger adds a pungent perfume.

Is this for any particular cereal? AND...Is this in place of milk?

I tried it in Cheerios® - Yes in place of milk. It makes the Cheerios kind of taste like Fruit-Loops®. Never realized before that lime was the secret ingredient.
