Sesame Seed Treats with Ginger & Ghee
It's basically a sweet and buttery paste. Sesame seeds give texture, good mouth feel, and a nutty finish. Ginger adds a little zing and flavor. Altogether simple and readily digestible for Vata.

Tahini Soup with Sauted Onions, Garlic & Tomatoes
Experiment with creamy, tahini sauce pastas. Add ground coriander seeds for warming flavors. Works well over warm cooked potatoes, or even cooked rice!

Carrots are sweet and easy to digest. Thyme is heating because of essential oils and like all pungents, aids digestion. Use less butter for kapha and more thyme.
Hot Cereal with Tamari, Ghee, Agave & Black Pepper
Salty, buttery amaranth with black pepper has a warm hearty and healing taste. Tamari adds a sour twist, a surprise. Sticks to the ribs.
