Symptoms Tell A StoryThe first step to healing is learning patterns from your symptoms. Symptoms are clues that reveal underlying imbalances, showing you where your body is weak. Specifically, they reveal the doshas & qualities that may have become aggravated. If you notice a quality or dosha appears next to many of your symptoms, it helps you establish a pattern that may be systemic.
Bronchitis indicates one or more of the following doshas and qualities may be aggravated. Generally you would avoid foods and lifestyle habits that would aggravate these qualities:

Im recovering from a master cleanse and Bronchitis..coughing up white mucky looking stuff mostly in morning although it can happen less often during day and evening. It is slowly improving. Im Vata (in triple Vata with age and season/Pita with a hair of Kapha and wonder what is the best combo of kitchari for this? Just starting to eat regular food again and transitioned to Vata reducing kitchari which feels wonderful. What things can I adjust to help with the lung congestion and phlegm in general? Thanks, Nan
