Here's how to make a diet:

  1. Under the "Diet & Recipes" option at the top of the Joyful Belly homepage, select the option "Create Your Diet"
  2. On the left navigation bar called "Diet Actions," select "Choose a New Diet"
  3. Select the Gunas you want to avoid by clicking the box below each guna.
  4. Scroll down and enter your clients email address where it says "Create this diet for someone else"
  5. Select the doshas you want to pacify as well as the tastes and other qualities, and then click 'save.'
