Very useful information. Was very pleased to find this. I have also read of using castor oil drops for cataracts. I would like to know if it is safe.
Glad you found it helpful! Using castor oil in the eyes is indeed another Ayurvedic practice. Please check with your practitioner to be sure it's a good fit for you.
Could you please indicate what ratio of the three ingredients if triphala churna is best for eye wash? I live in Thailand and have to order online. There is a US company working with organic farmers in India to produce a brand called Organic India. They sell a plain churna with a 1:1:1 ratio. Would this be OK for eyewash?
Hi Barbara, I like Organic India! For specifics on what would work best for you it's always best to talk with a practitioner. When in doubt, start with a very light tea/water ratio!
