I am so grateful for having discovered your web site and its immensely helpful information. Thank you for presenting it from a Catholic perspective.
yep, im very vata, disorganized , messy. doing better wt meditation and mantra.
As a Vata-Pitta person, the sweet taste is obviously very balancing to me. However, due to the poor blood circulation of this dosha, two meals with a predominant sweet taste are enough to bog down my circulation. Blood movers tend to be either too warm or too sharp and dry, and therefore unbalancing again. What is there to do? I haven't found an answer to this through ayurveda.
Have you tried golden milk lattes? The turmeric moves your blood but the milk adds sweetness and more grounding for Pitta Vata.
