Or you may search for the symptom from which you seek relief. As a PerfumeEssential oils may be worn as an herbal therapeutic disguised as an aromatic perfume. This is one method of use if you have a systemic or emotional problem like sluggish lymph, anxiety, foggy mind, insomnia, or a truly endless number of other issues. Simply cover the opening of your essential oil of choice with your finger, turn it upside down and apply the small amount (about 1/2 of a drop, if that can be measured!) to your artery at the wrist. This is a pathway that allows the oil to absorb through your skin directly into your bloodstream and be carried to the desired location. As a MistFor emotional issues of anxiety, depression, nervousness, stress, and panic, mist is a quick and effective medicine. It's easy to make a spray- choose your essential oil, fill a 4oz spray bottle with purified water and add up to 40 total drops of your oil of choice (or blend of several!). Put the top on, shake well, and you're finished. Use as needed by misting your face or space around you. Take a deep breath. And feel a little bit better. As a Massage OilMake a massage oil for daily use by adding 10-15 drops per ounce to an oil of your choice. Some wonderful options are Sesame, Coconut, Sunflower, and Sweet Almond.
