Browse our extensive selection of tinctures

Tinctures are a great way to take herbs that is effective quickly. They are an alcoholic preparation of a single herb or formulas that is easily and quickly absorbed into your body. They are powerful acute remedies and safe for long term use.

Although every tincture has a different potency, for most tinctures simply put 20-30 drops (approximately 1 dropperful) into a cup of water and drink 2-3 times a day. For acute problems like fighting a cold, you can even use them more frequently (4-6 times per day) until the symptoms subside. Then hold onto that bottle for next time! Be sure to read the instructions on the label for dosage of each individual bottle. And, check with your medical doctor before beginning any new herb or supplement.

Our tinctures are sourced from the best herbalists and companies. Many are local to the Appalachian Mountains surrounding Asheville, NC.
