You can also open a window or the curtains, letting the moonlight drift in. You may find the effect so lovely that you drift off into a peaceful sleep, dreaming of cool mountain pools, lulled by the melodies of evening crickets and chorus of night birds.

Questions, Comments & Impressions of 'moon bathing'?Is there something you'd like to know about 'moon bathing'?![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
My first backpacking experience was down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back up.
We planned the trip so that we would climb out of the canyon in the evening under a full moon using the light to make our way out. It was truly magical, just the right temp. and I will never forget the moon walk out as it felt so different than hiking with the sun's light.
Thank you John for sharing this as I am going to take some Moon Baths as I love the moon and am a Cancer / Moon child.
Ahh yes moon bathing! I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one who loves this! I have no curtains on my bedroom windows so I may wake up to the sunshine or peaceful fall asleep by moonlight. My bedroom is on the 3rd floor, facing east. This is bliss for me!
