Shipping Fees

Joyful Belly works hard to reduce your shipping to the bare minimum. Shipping fees will vary depending on location and the contents of your order. Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Shipping rates are designated in your shopping cart when you check out. To find your shipping fee, go into the shopping cart and proceed to check out. Your shipping fee will be shown after you plug your zip code into the Paypal/Payment screen just before you check out.

Shipping Time

Joyful Belly ensures that our products get from our home to yours in a safe and timely fashion. Your purchase, if totally in stock, generally ships within 2 business days. In some cases, your order may be delayed up to 2 weeks (for example, if we are making a fresh batch of an herbal formula). Special order items may take up to 1 month for delivery.

If there are any complications in your shipment we will contact you directly. Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email from orders@joyfulbelly.com with an update to your order status. Click here to track your order.

Backordered Items

Occasionally, an herb may be out of stock due to acts of nature, changes in worldwide demand for an herb, and international customs issues. Since herbs must be grown and harvested, they can take several months to restock. Other products are simply back-ordered for a short window of time due to unexpected delays or during peak periods. When an item your purchased goes on back order, you will receive an email from us with the option to your cancel your order and credit that part of your purchase.

If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact orders@joyfulbelly.com prior to returning the items.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we cannot track items shipped internationally, or accepts returns due to damaged product.
