Warm water is a great digestive and circulatory stimulant. It gently cleanses the bowels and encourages sweating, which cleanse the lymphatic system and improves complexion. Water also flushes out the urinary tract, and helps your body get rid of any unwanted toxins. Try it out!

One of the greatest and easiest ways to improve digestive fire and keep it running is to sip warm water all throughout the day. Poor digestion is an epidemic. If you have gas or bloating, or if your stomach feels heavy like a brick after a meal, your digestion may be sluggish. Poor digestion also makes you feel tired after eating. Conversely, good digestion helps you feel vibrant, energized, and looking great.
