What's My Body Type?
If diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. If diet is correct, medicine is of no need.
- Ayurvedic Proverb

In Ayurveda, diet is one of the most powerful tools for health and wellness, which leaves many people wondering:

"Which diet is right for me?"

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question.

Each person responds and reacts to food in a unique way according to their body type, or dosha.

Vata people can't tolerate dry foods. Kapha people can't tolerate food that causes water retention.

Sounds complicated right?

But following an Ayurvedic diet is easier than you think. And you don't have to memorize a list of foods.

Instead, Ayurveda teaches you how to classify foods according to a few basic principles.

And since each dosha benefits from emphasizing specific qualities in their food choices, the first step is to discover your body type.

If you don't know your body type, click here to take our free dosha quiz. Then, click one of the buttons below to discover the diet for your dosha.

VATA DIET PITTA DIET KAPHA DIET
Poor food choices for your dosha are often the source of digestive woes, weight gain, and other imbalances.

An Ayurvedic understanding of diet and your body type can help you feel great and eat with ease.

“As is usually the answer in Ayurveda, "It depends!" You can try to bring in more of the 3rd dosha which is lower in your prakruti. You can try balancing one dosha more with diet and one more with lifestyle. You can schedule a consultation with us to find out more!"
