As a master of traditional & natural cleansing procedures, you will become a skilled and proficient practitioner that will safely and effectively guide your clients through total detox. Rather than offering generic "detox programs," which are one-size fits all, superficial only and often harsh, you will learn the highly personalized, systematic framework behind classical cleansing models - including the time-tested techniques built into Ayurveda's gentle holistic approach. The result is client outcomes that surmount other cleansing methods.
Cleansing services typically become a primary revenue stream of a successful practice, as well as a way to make the most profound health transformations for the most people.
Gain the practical skills to create a premium, in depth healing experience for your clients as you earn your certification as a Cleanse & Detox Specialist. This program also qualifies you as an Ayurvedic Panchakarma Cleanse Specialist, and is required training for an Ayurveda Practitioner level certification.

Internal Cleansing Principles
Navigate the depths of Ayurvedic healing by mastering all internal and external Panchakarma techniques. This includes enema, purgation of the intestines, ear, nose, and throat cleansing, and bloodletting. Where procedures fall within regulated medical scope (such as bloodletting and induced emesis), you will learn referral protocols to licensed professionals. The course outlines the indications, contraindications, administration, troubleshooting, preparation, and post-procedural care for each technique, ensuring you're prepared for any situation.
For client-administered internal practices (such as certain at-home techniques), you will learn how to provide structured instruction within appropriate legal boundaries.
External & Supportive Therapies
You will also master:

This 1 year is delivered entirely online, and does not require any travel. Class starts at the end of August, and follows a normal college semester schedule with 8 holiday weeks. Live classes end in June. Students should expect to spend 4-6 hours a week in study, on average.

Students must already possess working knowledge of:
- Classical Metabolic Theory & Ayurveda's basic medical models
- Advanced training in herbs
- Basic modern understanding of disease
Graduates of Ayurvedic Health Counselor programs or equivalent training in Chinese or Greek biocharacteristic medicine are eligible to apply.
