When correctly manipulated, these points can influence circulation, alignment, and flow in the body, promoting healing and rejuvenation.

You will learn to identify all major Ayurveda marma points on the body, understanding their benefits, indications, and contraindications. With hands-on training, you will learn how to administer marma therapy effectively, ensuring you can provide an all-encompassing therapeutic experience for your clients.
