Aromatase-inhibitor Foods & Herbs List: An Ayurveda Perspective
Aromatase-inhibitor Recipes Aromatase-inhibitor Ingredients Aromatase-inhibitor Herbs & Supplements AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE ON AROMATASE-INHIBITORBlocks estrogen synthesis by inhibiting conversion of progesterone and testosterone into estrogen.Aromatase is produced in adipose tissue. It converts testosterone and progesterone into estrogen. This leads to obese individuals having high estrogen and low testosterone and progesterone. Aromatase inhibitors negate this effect. Many coumarin type phytoestrogens inhibit aromatase - commonly found in legumes. OTHER HERB ACTIONS AFFECTING REPRODUCTIVE-HEALTHINGREDIENTS WITH AROMATASE-INHIBITOR
