AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE ON DRINK

Avoid quickly gulping beverages for an hour after a meal. If your stomach feels heavy after drinking liquids, it may mean you've drunk too much. Urine should be straw colored, not clear. If your urine is clear, you may be placing an undue burden on digestive organs and causing electrolyte loss.
