AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE ON LUNCH-DINNER

Lunch

Eat the biggest meal of the day during lunch. Lunch is the warmest time of the day when digestion is strongest. Food eaten during lunch has a chance to get digested before bedtime. If you must cheat on your diet, cheat during lunch.

Dinner

As the body gets tired late in the day so do the digestive organs. Baby the digestion after sunset. Dinner should be light and simple.
