Reduces thyroid function. Useful for people with hyperthyroid.

Ingredients high in sulphur compounds may tend to lower thyroid function. Examples include brassica family (mustard family) foods such as kale & broccoli. Estrogen promoting products like soy and strawberry may also reduce thyroid function.

May magnify or reduce other thyroid medications.
