  • California Poppy - Gentle for children. Cool relaxant. Cold.
  • Hops - Bitter + Pungent. Cool relaxant digestive ideal for nervous stomach. Dry.
  • Skullcap - Nerve tonic and restorative. Ideal for tension due to deficiency. Cold.
  • Valerian - Hot, pungent relaxant. Nerve tonic.
  • Passionflower - Relaxant with affinity for lungs. Anti-asthmatic. Cold.
  • Kava Kava - Strong analgesic. Heavy. Affinity to urinary tract.
  • Shankhapushpi - Oily nervine sedative w/ affinity for mind. Tridoshic antispasmodic, anxiolytic & antidepressant. Strengthens, calms agitated nervous system.
