Giving up cheese was really tough - for the first couple of weeks and now I don't even like the taste of it! Go figure - it's always been my favorite thing - a grilled cheese sandwich and now the idea of it repulses me. Occasionally I like high quality grated Parmesan on a salad - but not very often.
