When instructions call for "mustard", is that dry or wet (prepared)?
It means wet, unless it says 'Mustard Powder'. Thanks for asking and the chance to clarify.
I've heard about mustard water as a natural emetic. Upon overindulging recently (at night), I tried it. It didn't work as an emetic but I'll tell you what it did do: it helped digest everything! I woke up in the morning with no heaviness and I burped with no taste of anything, which has happened in the past. What a great digestive aid!
