Hello, I was wondering, would there be a difference between the effects of regular pumpkin seeds (referred to as "Pepitas") and the Austrian pumpkin seeds? I ask because it seems that I react to the Austrian ones (itchiness; looser stools). Thank you.
Love pumpkin seeds! Snack with them pretty often, and they leave such a comfort in my belly:)
