I have been craving rye bread. i don't even like bread. At first I thought it was because my gp had said to add b vitamins. Well, thank you so much for explaining the diuretic effect, and mood stabilizing it offers. Now I can just purchase the grain and therefore reduce refined starch and also meat to be less of the diet. Thank you for this wonderful information! i never saw it anywhere else!
