I am a smoker...and a Vata. I never knew tobacco is grounding...That may be one of the reasons I smoke...I always say it helps my anxiety a lot... I smoke pure tobacco...just rolled...not the cigarettes you buy at the corner store. Anyways...I know I will be told to stop smoking;).
