How Can This Ayurvedic Food Make You Feel Great?
People crave tobacco because it temporarily stimulates the lungs and circulation. But afterwards tobacco creates weaker lungs and worse circulation. A better treatment option for easy breathing and circulation of prana is to eat a proper diet according to your doshas.
Many native meso american peoples drank coffee, chocolate and smoked tobacco as medicinal herbs, sacraments and in shamanic ceremony, a practice that continues to this day. However, many non-native americans abuse these substances by self indulging on them daily without reverance, ceremony, prayer, or deeper knowledge of the medicinal effects.

I am a smoker...and a Vata. I never knew tobacco is grounding...That may be one of the reasons I smoke...I always say it helps my anxiety a lot... I smoke pure tobacco...just rolled...not the cigarettes you buy at the corner store. Anyways...I know I will be told to stop smoking;).
