While technically not yogurt, how would milk alternative "yogurts" be classified? Would you be able to combine those with other things more readily?

Greek yogurt is so similar to regular yogurt, we haven't really made a different determination. Thanks!
Would adding small amounts of honey, cardomon, cinnamon & tumeric (after making the yogurt) be helpful for V3P3K2 digestion?
