In her native country, India, Dr. (Vaidya) Lina received her Bachelor in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at the world renowned Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, one of the oldest Ayurvedic colleges in the world, located at Pune University.
Dr. (Vaidya)Lina has been offering private, personal consultations and instruction since 1996, designing individualized programs that include dietary recommendations and lifestyle changes, massage or Pancha Karma, detoxification therapies, and stress management techniques based on Ayurvedic principles, to achieve optimal body-mind wellness.
