Ayurvedic Ear Oil to soothe dry itchy ears
Ayurveda Lifestyle Sesame Clove Ear Oil by Ajara  (2 oz)
A natural blend of clove and sesame oil with pain-relieving, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that help soothe the ear. May relieve pain and discomfort associated with ear aches, fungus and yeast. Works great before ear candling to soften ear wax, and afterwards to ease dryness in the ear canal.

Directions: Place the bottle in a cup of warm water. Heat the oil to slightly more than body temperature. Keep ears free from water before and after use. Place 2-3 drops of oil into the ear any time dryness or pain occurs. For optimal benefit, fill the ear canal with oil and soak for 10 minutes. Let drain while caring for the opposite ear. Do not use if ear drum is perforated.

Metabolic individuals tend to burn or use energy. Anabolic individuals tend to store energy as body mass. Catabolic people tend to be easily stimulated, hyperactive, underweight and dry. Metabolic people tend to be rosy-cheeked, easily irritated, focused, driven, and easily inflamed. Anabolic people are heavy, stable and grounded, but if they store too much energy, they could gain weight easily and have congestion.
