Sesame Clove Ear Oil by Ajara (2 oz)
Directions: Place the bottle in a cup of warm water. Heat the oil to slightly more than body temperature. Keep ears free from water before and after use. Place 2-3 drops of oil into the ear any time dryness or pain occurs. For optimal benefit, fill the ear canal with oil and soak for 10 minutes. Let drain while caring for the opposite ear. Do not use if ear drum is perforated.

Metabolic people tend to be rosy-cheeked, easily irritated, focused, driven, and easily inflamed. Anabolic people are heavy, stable and grounded, but if they store too much energy, they could gain weight easily and have congestion.
