I have joint and muscular pain most days, which my doctor believes *may be* fibromyalgia. My therapist suggested turmeric with ginger (can't find this together), and although I found capsules of turmeric, am wondering if just using the spice without the expense of buying the capsule form would work as well...? It works like magic!
Thanks, John!
Yes, you can use the spice without a capsule, as long as you buy it fresh from an herb company. Turmeric from the grocery store has very little medicinal strength.
Good to know (we have a spice store in town)! Thanks, John!
This is the best Turmeric I've ever had! The color is vibrant, the smell is fragrant and it is quite tasty.
