How Does This Ayurvedic Herb Supplement Improve Wellness?

CONSTITUTIONAL NUTRITION INSIGHTS

Moisturize & Restore a Youthful Complexion

Chronically Cold Fingertips

Your skin loses its luster when chronically cold. Its vitality wanes as blood vessels constrict with the cold (a process called vasoconstriction). Your pulse rate also drops with the temperature, further reducing blood flow. Reducing blood flow dries out your skin, leaving it dull and lusterless. In addition, toxins from sluggish bowels and bad digestion contribute to an overall dull gray hue.

Deficient Skin

If your skin is thin, dry or wrinkled, it may be deficient in fats, which is a characteristic sign of Vata. Vata skin may also be full of blemishes including moles, freckles, and brown spots indicating liver distress. Daffodil Mist Skin Tonic is a tea that will rebalance and moisturize your skin, encouraging a smooth, supple, and uniform complexion.

The herbs in Daffodil Mist Skin Tonic are traditionally used to:

  • Moisturize & restore youthful elasticity
  • Encourage a smooth, supple & uniform complexion
  • Reduce blemishes including liver spots
  • Gently cleanse the body & skin of toxic buildup

Medicinal Effects of Daffodil Skin Tonic Tea

Constitutional nutrition systems use biocharacteristics to classify the metabolic nature of food, hebs, lifestyle choices, your body, and disease.

AYURVEDA BODY TYPES (DOSHAS)

The Three Doshas / Body Types

Ayurveda is a metabolic theory of medicine that explains individual health, tendencies, and disease patterns through the concept of doshas, which can be understood as your metabolic patterns and tendencies.

Each dosha reflects a distinct metabolic nature and describes strengths & weaknesses in bodily function, and how these affect energy levels, digestion, susceptibility to disease, and many other tendencies.

Your metabolic nature not only affects your physical characteristics, but also influences your mental thought patterns, confidence, and enthusiasm.

Ayurveda balances these metabolic strengths & weaknesses to support your body's vitality and prevent recurrent disease cycles. This support is a critical aid, especially in chronic or incurable disease conditions.

The 3 metabolic body types (doshas), are Catabolic (Vata), Metabolic (Pitta), and Anabolic (Kapha).

Through dosha, Ayurveda empowers people to identify metabolic imbalances early, break repetitive patterns of disease, and cultivate habits that support long-term vitality and well-being.

Ultimately, these metabolic patterns also provide a framework for understanding yourself, including body, mind, and spiritual tendencies.

“I just purchased the dashamula powder and daffodil skin tonic tea. My skin is very dry, irritated and acne prone due to the change of season, and I'm hoping to calm it down. Are these ok to use together to balance Vata? If so, how much and how often is best? Thanks!"
“Dear Geannine, Yes, these are okay to use together. Dashamoola can be used in the morning and before bed, 1/4tsp in warm water or almond mild as directed by your practitioner. Daffodil skin tea can be taken 1/4tsp in warm water before mealtimes. Thanks for asking! Best, -John"

“I came to your site to order more of the Bear Hugs Colon Tonic. Now I see two other products that may help as well. Constipation, weak digestion, feeling cold, gas, bloating and super-super dry skin with serious skin irritations are ever constant. I don't know which products would be best, Bear Hugs, Sensitive Stomach Tea or Daffodil Skin Tonic Tea, or a combination? I also already have the Mindfulness & Digest Cleanse Tea. I was very consistent with my ayurvedic diet and products a few years ago, but strayed. Now I know this lifestyle is right for me. I would appreciate very much some guidance on which products to order. Thanks much!! EZ Vata, Akron, OH"
