I enjoyed making this recipe. I drink bone broth almost every day. I cook many veggies in bone broth. I made this recipe w/out the garlic b/c garlic causes a pita imbalance when I eat it (causing me to feel internal heat in my core). This recipe is very delicious & nourishing. I also did not use any ghee b/c it is also a little too heavy for my dosha.
