Carrot With Coconut Butter & Nettles


How to Make Carrot with Coconut Butter & Nettles

PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE

1) Follow the directions for making two cups of coconut butter in advance.

2) Chop carrots and nettles. Place in medium saucepan with 2tbsp coconut butter and salt. Add water to just cover the vegetables.

3) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until carrots and nettle are tender and liquid is reduced to 1/3.
