This is one incredibly delish smoothie. I'm kapha so took ur advice and added only 1/4 cup almonds. The apricot flavor and the ultra smooth thickness (I had to use a spoon to enjoy this total goodness) was what I enjoyed about this custard like food. Next time I might just add some ice to it making it like ice cream. Thank U for the recipe.
I had previously rated this delish recipe, but would like to know is the 1/4 tsp cardamom of whole seeds or seeds that have been grind? Appreciate the feedback.
Great question! Cardamom can be pretty potent so I'd recommend beginning with 1/4tsp of whole seeds, then grind them. Powdered cardamom is usually stronger in taste so if you're a lover of the spice, that might be the option for you!
