CLINICAL AYURVEDIC REVIEW
Rich, sweet, Saffron Dates in Spiced Ghee are more than your average sweet snack. This ancient Ayurvedic tonic nourishes and revitalizes your deepest tissues. It is a classic rasayana, a formula for rejuvination. It is a perfectly decadent combination flavorful spices, rich dates, and juicy ghee.
An Ancient Love PotionMake this treat for that special someone: Dates, saffron and cinnamon are all oxytocic and aphrodisiac. Oxytocin is the "love hormone." It is the chemical responsible for falling in love of any kind- with a moment, a song, the bright morning, or a new special person in your life. Anyone who wishes for a little more happiness in their day to day should make Saffron Dates in Spiced Ghee a routine treat. A jar of these aphrodisiac dates tied with a beautiful ribbon makes a sensual Valentine's gift.
Overflowing with OjasGhee, dates, and saffron are all considered exceptionally healing according to Ayurveda. The reason is that they are all high in ojas. Ojas is the deepest, strongest essence of your vitality and immunity. It can be seen in glittering eyes and glowing skin. Those with strong ojas rarely get sick. Similarly, those who recover from intense, debilitating disease are said to have strong ojas. If you are in need of a little extra umph at any time- at the end of a long day, amidst a tough break-up, or just because, indulging in delicious Saffron Dates in Spiced Ghee should be first on your to do list.
Easy to DigestThose with who experience difficulty digesting fats and sugars will be happy to realize that cinnamon, cardamom, and saffron all aid in digestion. Enjoy!
