How to Make Honey Dew, Cucumber & Mint Popsicles

PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE
Use a very ripe honeydew for best flavor.
1. Slice melon in half. Scoop out seeds. Cut into quarters and remove skin with a knife, keeping all the juices.
2. Chop cucumber and fresh mint.
3. Puree until smooth in a blender.
4. Pour into desired mold, and freeze overnight.
According to the science of traditional food combining , cucumber & melons should not be eaten together. By pureeing in a blender, the qualities of the melon and cucumber are fused into a digestible compound.

Must it be honeydew melon? If so why does it differ from cantaloupe or Cranshaw melon, for example? Thanks for clarifying.
