PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE

Wash the carrots, cut the tips and discard. Place carrots in the juicer. Peel the ginger and place in the juicer. Squeeze in the lemon and stir.

“Ayurveda doesn't look at food from a nutritional (quantitative) perspective. Instead, it focuses on personal experience (qualitative) as the means to build a relationship with food. The nutritional model and Ayurveda are both valid methods. The Ayurvedic method allows the person to participate in the discovery of food independent of labs, testing, etc."
