PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE
1. Chop pumpkin, boil until soft and puree.
2. Blend almonds and pumpkin seeds into a fine powder.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
4. Shape into cookies and leave set in the fridge on parchment paper for at least 3 hours.

Very tasty and calming. Though they were quite moist/thin even after being refrigerated for 6-7 hours. I followed the recipes as is. Perhaps my almonds were not fine enough as I have mini food processor with small blades.
