How to Make Plum Sauce with Rosemary

Chop fresh rosemary and garlic. Halve apricots and prunes. Add all ingredients to a pot and simmer for one hour. Mash fruits with a potato masher until it forms a thick, smooth, sauce. Continue simmering for one hour. For best results use red wine vinegar.
