PREPARATION OF THIS HEALTHY RECIPE
- Bring 2c water to a boil. Slice cranberries. Add rye & cranberries and 1/4tsp salt. Return to a boil, then lower and simmer until berries are soft.
- Slice onion and sautee in oil. Mince garlic and add 30 seconds before onions are cooked.
- Chop celery. Add all ingredients to the frying pan and cook, occasionally stirring gently, until fish is done.
- Serve fish atop Rye berries.
