How Can Sweet Potato, Purple Cabbage & Radish Taco Make You Feel Great?
Raw radish adds a cleansing pungency to the dish as it increases metabolism and cleanses the liver and gallbladder by stimulating the flow of bile. The sweet sprinkle of raisin and crunch of chopped walnut tops off the dish and will stimulate the taste buds. Sweet potato and avocado give it heaviness and substance while purple cabbage adds a fresh bite.
These tacos are most appropriate for those with strong digestion. The inclusion of dry and raw ingredients can be more taxing for the digestive system, particularly for Vata types.
